In the high region of Buku Saysia, located in West Guji Ethiopia, you will find farmers renowned for growing organic coffee. This Grade 1, 2300 MASL, was naturally processed (dried for 12 to 15 days before the ripe cherry is removed from the seed). Through this meticulous process, producers are able to craft elegant cup profiles and notes. We are excited to add this G1 Guji to our offerings. This coffee features a medium body with a bright acidity that stands out deliciously in anything from an espresso shot, to pout over, to cold brew.
