Anything but ordinary…. Peaches! After an extensive fermentation process, Sebastian has completely blown our minds and tastebuds away again! Full of mouthwatering flavors of peach, sugar cane and chocolate, this coffee taste like peaches and cream! An anaerobic fermentation process in cherry for 120 hours, then the cherries are depulped and fermented again for another 72 hours with dehydrated peaches, oranges, other fruit and fruit glucose. From there the beans are dried slowly in marquesinas at 40 degrees Celsius(104F). Marquesinas are covered areas where the beans are dried. Welcome to summer in a cup of coffee
