Signature Espresso Blend
After months of trial and error, roasting and cupping lots of blends of our coffees we have finally perfected our Signature Espress Blend. We took Oscar Osorio’s Colombia and blended it with a specific amount of an Ethiopian Guji Grade 1 natural processed coffee and ended up with a shot that has sweet and chocolate notes that is balanced throughout the entire shot. We pull an 18g around 36g. Fantastic for any of your espresso preferences from cappuccino’s, latte’s, Cubanos, cortado’s or just as a double shot.
