For our decaf, we are currently roasting up a Bali Hai Indonesia. This coffee is organic and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process. This process removes 99.9% of the caffeine without using any harsh chemicals. Just water!!

We are loving the strong caramelly overtones of this coffee. It is a very mellow, yet full tasting cup. We all know that decaf can get a bad rap, but seriously, this coffee is so good! We are quite certain that you wont even know that you are drinking a decaf besides the fact it wont jump start your day!

The Broken Bridges are located in what use to be the Madison, SC area. The Tugaloo River Bridge, as it was once known, connected Georgia and South Carolina until 1962 when part of the bridge was disassembled and moved to Cobb Bridge Road for crossing the Chauga River. The remaining two sections of the Broken Bridges are now used as a recreation park and fishing piers on both the South Carolina and Georgia side.
